Susan : Sunset Hill

My goal was to prepare Susan’s home for the best show and value! Preparing your home for sale is critical. My expertise of home design tips, neighborhood knowledge with updated real estate data and staying in communication constantly with Susan, made for a very successful home sale.

This is what the Happy Client had to say about their home selling experience:

I could not have asked for a better real estate agent to sell my home. Holly did an excellent job of staging, marketing, and selling my home, and she is honest, ethical and incredibly hard working on behalf of her clients. Holly gave me very helpful feedback before we put the house on the market, and she then staged my home beautifully with fresh cut flowers, used a professional photographer and had a 3D video taken. I had twelve offers on my home after the first showing, and my house was on the market for less than a week. Holly was in constant contact with me, and she managed the bidding and all other issues expertly and seamlessly.

Targeting a particular investment property and listening closely to Susan and her family’s goals was accomplished by communicating regularly and explaining all their options moving forward.

This is what the happy clients had to say after purchasing their first investment property:

Holly has been a pleasure to work with. She is very professional, knowledgeable and has always been a phone call away. She listened to what we were looking for and delivered. I highly recommend Holly to friends and family, she has been our family’s Lucky Charm.

Mayor Bloomberg at Staten Island's St. Patrick's Day Parade.

Who doesn’t love a parade? The St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Forest Ave in West Brighton, located on Staten Island’s North Shore was held on St.Patrick’s Day. The last time this happened was in 2002. Many politicians were present…people of all ages and backgrounds enjoyed the traditional joyous spirit of the day. What a great opportunity to connect to Staten Island’s North Shore community. Many local residents attend the parade annually, who have lived in the area for years. New residents delight in the warm feeling and community connection.
