Recently opened Blue restaurant (former R.H.Tugs) on Staten Island’s North Shore, has formed a partnership with a local farm that just opened in July called Heritage Farm. How exciting to have a local farm located on the beautiful grounds of Snug Harbor’s Cultural Center, provide a neighborhood restaurant with fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables.
I Look forward to this delicious dining experience…..while overlooking Staten Island’s North Shore waterfront views.
