Mayor Bloomberg at Staten Island's St. Patrick's Day Parade.

Who doesn’t love a parade? The St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Forest Ave in West Brighton, located on Staten Island’s North Shore was held on St.Patrick’s Day. The last time this happened was in 2002. Many politicians were present…people of all ages and backgrounds enjoyed the traditional joyous spirit of the day. What a great opportunity to connect to Staten Island’s North Shore community. Many local residents attend the parade annually, who have lived in the area for years. New residents delight in the warm feeling and community connection. Come enjoy quaint shops, great restaurants, pubs and coffee shops to name a few great places to check out.

Why not stop by and chat with a shop owner… talk with the local residents, many are so anxious to tell you about their wonderful neighborhood. Interested in buying a home in Staten Island’s North Shore?

There are two kinds of Real Estate professionals…those who understand the emotional and financial complexity of selling or buying a home..and those who don’t.

Thank you and have an extraordinary day!
