It’s Sold! 48 years living in the same home in Dongan Hills Colony, Staten Island. This beautiful colonial home built in 1965 perched up high on an oversized lot surrounded by nature’s blissful privacy, has been filled with many wonderful memories. Myron and Ruth decided instead of moving 38 years ago, let’s add a spectacular addition to our home. This addition included panoramic windows, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, skylights, and cathedral ceilings.
