“Working with Holly for the sale of our property was a great experience which paid off tremendously. Prior to listing the property, she took time to tour our home and recommended various repairs and removal of clutter before the home is listed for sale. So glad we took her advice. We took the extra effort to get all necessary repairs done, and removed clutter to ensure the space and beauty of the home was visible to potential buyers. Once listed, Holly scheduled open houses, and within a week of listing, we had multiple offers on the table.
We ended up selling the house for higher than asking price which was phenomenal! Holly was so professional throughout the process. She worked with professional photo and videographers to take pictures and videos of the home for listing, and even provided beautiful live flowers to decorate our home during showings. She promptly responded to messages, and was always eager to explain things to us to ensure we were calm and understood the entire process. She carried us along every step of the way.
You cannot go wrong using Holly. Having used previous realtors to try and sell the same property in the past, we were initially skeptical this process would be the same, but she proved us wrong. She sure knows her stuff, and is exceptionally good at it. Thanks Holly!!”

“Holly has been such a pleasure to work with during our home buying process. She was patient, she was tough when needed with negotiations, she protected us and she stayed on top of everything that needed to be done. Most importantly, Holly kept us calm with her reassurance, optimism, and honesty of all of our questions!!! We highly recommend Holly from Holly’s Staten Island Buzz Realty for your next purchase!!!!”

“Holly Olivieri is someone we hold in high regard, personally and professionally. Holly’s expertise and style reflect diplomacy, creative problem-solving, and unfailing good humor. We have found that when she offers advice, it comes as a suggestion, not a mandate, but you will surely benefit if you follow that advice. Holly is always responsive and truly committed to good communication. We’re very grateful for her representation of our property, and value our relationship with her. There are so many ways that a transaction can fall apart. Unflappable and experienced, Holly ensured that no challenge ever de-railed our sale. Through the years, we have purchased and sold numerous properties and worked with many Realtors. Holly Olivieri is the best real estate professional we’ve ever encountered. Holly is a fantastic realtor and we recommend her with great enthusiasm”

“We stumbled upon Holly’s services by blind luck, and it was the best thing that could’ve ever happened to us. We started as curious browsers for with modest expectations – we knew what we wanted wasn’t the norm in the market for where we wanted to be (small house, large lot, on the north shore). To our surprise, we found exactly what we wanted after just over a month of looking. Holly maneuvered us through the deal beautifully. She gently advised us when we seemed unsure, respectfully gave us her honest thoughts when we asked for her opinion, made outstanding recommendations for a home inspection agent and a real estate attorney, and welcomed our many, many questions with warmth and support. In a field that can feel very transactional and “all about the money,” Holly leads with heart AND confidence, I am so grateful we had the good fortune to navigate the home buying process with Holly, and I gladly give her my highest endorsement to anyone looking to buy or sell on Staten Island!”
Susan: Grymes Hill
“Having the right real estate agent when buying or selling a house is key. Holly was everything and more, she was attentive to my specific needs for a home purchase, very patient, and has an extensive knowledge base when it comes to the real estate market. Holly was always prompt in getting appointments to view houses and never left me waiting or guessing what to do, always returning texts or calls. Holly’s guidance is invaluable as she was always one step ahead in the process of my home purchase.”
