“Holly is the most truthful and positive, energetic and communicative realtor I have ever met. She gives 120% of her all. She does more than anyone else I have ever used as a realtor. She puts everyone I have ever used over all the years I have used to shame. You can ask her for any sort of help selling or buying. Communication is fast and clear over anything you need to know and have done. I clearly recommend anyone to use her knowledgeable services. I recommend her highly with respect and her over-the-top service. She came highly recommended to me and I am very thankful for hiring her. She has her own photographers and video people who make your home look great. I am happy I hired her as my realtor. She should be named as Realtor of the year!”
Marc: New Brighton
“Holly is an excellent agent. Professional, punctual, and efficient Holly helped me close the deal quickly and successfully. Professional and very efficient. [A] pleasure to work with.”
Jeff & Catherine: Sunset Hill
“In short, Holly kicked butt as my broker. After striking out with two previous realtors I found Holly online. After reading a few reviews I gave her a call and within the first few minutes of our conversation, I was immediately impressed with her professionalism and caring attitude. A few days later she met with my wife and I for over two hours. Since we were first time home buyers she spent all the time needed to answer all our questions. After our meeting, Holly sent us daily listings and checked in quite frequently. Within two weeks we found our house! Holly once again was awesome during the contract process. She negotiated on our behalf, helped line up the inspector and our attorney and held our hand every step of the way. If you are looking to buy or sell your home go with Holly! She rocks!!”
Daniel & Sarah: New Dorp
“I highly recommend Holly. she helped me and my fiancé buy our first home and help us get a great price and we are very grateful to have her as our agent.”
Michael & Kathryn: New Dorp & Great Kills
“I would like to thank you for the excellent service you’ve provided, during both the sale and new buy of our home. First let me say, you are the most hardworking woman in the business. You have not only provided timely and helpful advice regarding home selling and purchasing, but you were also both proactive and a great communicator. It was important that we were kept in the loop at all times and you advised us of important timely information. It didn’t matter it was a weekend or evening. Not only are you extremely attentive, you listened to our concerns with a great deal of patience and guidance, with such a caring approach, you are a true professional. With all the challenges presented, we were blessed to have you “steer the ship”. We are so happy in our new forever home. Please accept our sincere and deep gratitude.”
Khatmeh & Ibrahaim: Randall Manor
“We worked with Holly to buy our new home on Staten Island in Spring and Summer of 2015. Because our experience was so positive, as we found ourselves moving again in our next phase of our journey, Holly listed our home and helped us in every facet of making our home sell fast and for its market value during the Fall, a time when the market slows down. She is professional, personable and a friend. I wish I could have her help with all my real estate transactions. You can’t go wrong choosing Holly as your Realtor.”
