CLIENTS
Susan : Sunset Hill
“I could not have asked for a better real estate agent to sell my home. Holly did an excellent job of staging, marketing, and selling my home, and she is honest, ethical, and incredibly hard-working on behalf of her clients. Holly gave me very helpful feedback before we put the house on the market, and she then staged my home beautifully with fresh-cut flowers, used a professional photographer, and had a 3D video taken. I had twelve offers on my home after the first showing, and my house was on the market for less than a week. Holly was in constant contact with me, and she managed the bidding and all other issues expertly and seamlessly.”
Janis and Jose – Graniteville
“Holly helped my husband and I purchase our first home and we are incredibly happy with her services. She is extremely knowledgable of Staten Island and took the time to understand our needs. Holly was very patient with us and showed us many homes. It was easy to communicate with her via text, email, and phone and her responses were always immediate. She guided us through the entire home buying process and when we found the perfect house, and she helped us make an offer that the seller accepted. Holly was vital to us in this competitive New York real estate market! She was extremely helpful and remained readily available through the closing process. Even after we have purchased our home I know that I can count on Holly for any of our home repairs and updating needs as her resources seem endless.”
Danny & Natalia – St. George
“Can’t say enough great things about Holly. She is very knowledgeable, approachable, and personable. She is very honest and treats each listing like if it was her buying the property. She had great suggestions and answered every question, leaving us at ease. I definitely would recommend Holly to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home.”
Willy & Melva- Graniteville
My goal was to prepare Willy and Melva’s home for the best show and value! Providing home design tips, neighborhood knowledge, updated data and staying in communication constantly made for a successful home sale.
John & Jennifer- Silver Lake
John and Jennifer were excited to start their home search on Staten Island’s North Shore after the arrival of their precious Baby girl! I was committed to finding Jennifer & John a home that fit their specific needs, and dedicated to negotiating the best price and terms to make the deal happen!
Nancy – Concord
Nancy was looking to sell her home quickly and yield the highest price possible. Working aggressively, efficiently with knowledge of the neighborhood, helped to give Nancy the results she was looking for. Nancy asked me to hold the sold sign and smile for a photo.

GRYMES
HILL
Grymes Hill is a North Shore neighborhood, which happens to be situated upon a hill by the same name. The Grymes Hill area is bordered on the west by Victory Boulevard, on the north by Cebra Avenue, and the south by Clove Road. Van Duzer Street and Richmond Road to the intersection of the Staten Island Expressway represent the final border.
RANDALL
MANOR
Randall Manor is a North Shore neighborhood bound by Bard Avenue in the west, Henderson Avenue to the north, and Forest Avenue to the south, bordered between the neighborhoods New Brighton and West Brighton. The neighborhood is named after Captain Robert Richard Randall, the founder of Sailors Snug Harbor. Randall Manor is one of the North Shore neighborhoods that has been nearly unaffected by the construction boom that followed the opening of the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge in 1964.

SILVER
LAKE
The Silver Lake neighborhood to the east and south features several large privately owned apartment buildings. Also included in the neighborhood on the other side of the adjacent Silver Lake golf course, a series of mostly dead-end streets located above Forest Avenue. At the top of Hart Blvd are the Silver Lake Tennis Courts.
ST.
GEORGE
Snug Harbor is centrally located on the north shore of Staten Island. It borders the waters of the Kill Van Kull to the north, as well as the neighborhoods of St. George, West New Brighton, and Randall Manor. Once a home for retired seamen, this 83-acre park is now a National Historic Landmark District consisting of Greek Revival, Italianate and Victorian-style buildings. It is dominated by large, older homes built before 1900, and its streets are shaded by spreading oak and elm trees.

WEST
BRIGHTON
West Brighton: Situated along Staten Island’s North Shore, West Brighton borders New Brighton to the east, Port Richmond to the west, the waters of the Kill Van Kull to the north, and neighborhoods like Silver Lake, Westerleigh, and Castleton corners to the south. The neighborhood is roughly defined as the area around and to the northeast of Clove Road and Forest Avenue.
WESTERLEIGH
Westerleigh’s residential core and feel is that of small-town America. Tree-lined streets, historical homes, a ballpark, park, and a neighborly friendly atmosphere. Westerleigh is located in the northwest quadrant of Staten Island. Bounded in the east by Manor Road, the west by the Martin Luther King Jr. Expressway, the south by Victory Boulevard, and to the north by Forest Avenue, Westerleigh is a residential area of mostly single-family homes, with close access to the Staten Island Expressway as well as public transportation.

SUNNYSIDE
Located in the Mid-Island region of Staten Island, Sunnyside is most famously known for its two parks: Clove Lakes Park and Silver Lake Park, that border on the west and east, respectively. The neighborhood is named for a boarding house that was established there in 1889 but was originally known as Clovenia or Clove Valley. Clove Road, which happens to be Sunnyside’s northern boundary, is also one of the island’s main thoroughfares.
